This Legal Notice governs the use of the website www.deronya.com (hereinafter, "the Website"), owned by Deronya Global. Accessing and browsing the Website confers User status and implies full acceptance of the conditions set out in this document.
This is an English-language summary of our Aviso Legal. The Spanish text is the legally controlling version under Spanish law.

2. Purpose of the Website
The purpose of the Website is to present the activity and product catalogue of Deronya Global and to facilitate contact with prospective customers, distributors and commercial partners. The Website is informational only; no online sales are made from www.deronya.com. Any commercial transaction is handled directly upon request via the contact channels indicated.
3. Conditions of use
The User undertakes to use the Website diligently, correctly and lawfully, and in particular to refrain from:
- Using the Website for purposes that are unlawful, contrary to this Legal Notice, harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or that may damage, disable or overload the Website.

The mark "Deronya", the logo and the associated taglines are protected distinctive signs. Third-party products
Products identified as TRX1 and TRX2 on the Website are commercialised in partnership with Thunder Carrier UK. Manufacturer trademarks and associated technical data are the property of their respective owners and are used for informational purposes.
5. Exclusion of warranties and liability
Deronya Global is committed to keeping the Website information current and accurate. However, no guarantee is given that there are no typographical or content errors, nor that the service will be uninterrupted. Product specifications may be updated by the manufacturer; before any purchase we recommend confirming compatibility and specifications via the contact channels.
Deronya Global is not liable for damages arising from use of the Website or from actions taken on the basis of information contained therein, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
